Shipping & Returns
We use couriers for all of our deliveries, unless a PO Box is given.
1-3 Business days for VIC / NSW / ACT
3-7 business days for SA / NT / QLD / TAS
Express shipping is also available, however it will incur additional charges.
All parcels require your signature on delivery, unless otherwise requested upon checkout.
If you need to alter the address to which your order is being sent, please contact email@example.com
Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange an item unless there has been a mistake with the order.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
TÄNDA is not responsible for any damage caused to the item during shipping. Every product experiences rigorous quality control checks, to ensure that you receive the highest quality product possible. It is your responsibility to take heed of our advice regarding burning. It is found within each order, and also in the FAQ.
If you have not followed this advice, we are, unfortunately, unable to refund or accept a return of your order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, an email will be sent notifying you of our receipt of the item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment
Unfortunately, no sale items will be accepted for returns and/or refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact email@example.com to arrange an exchange.
