As many of you will know, we had to make a move to a new Wick supplier during the last year or so.
Unfortunately this has not worked to our advantage, and many customers - stockists included - have experienced a product that we've not been impressed with. This has resulted in countless refunds and replacements, but worse still, a loss of faith in the product.
We have worked as hard as possible to maintain product satisfaction with our Wood Wicks, but unfortunately cannot do so any longer.
Because of this, we are changing to a natural, flat, woven Cotton Wick.
We've spent hundreds - literally - of hours creating & testing these wicks, and couldn't be happier! The flame is large and consistent, and burns evenly to all edges.
The woven nature of these new wicks means no mushrooming, no curling, and greater stability overall.
These wicks will be used in all candles going forward, and can be ordered from today onward.
